La cocina de contacto combinada tiene correas antiadherentes paralelas de dos capas que proporcionan una cocción por contacto en ambos lados simultáneamente. La comida está completamente cocida y maravillosamente dorada. Tiene una amplia aplicación para productos formados, de músculo entero, marinados, deshuesados o con hueso. También se puede utilizar para diversos productos de pasta, como pan horneado, galletas de mantequilla, etc.
